Recently booked in for new tyres and a wheel alignment. Staff were very helpful in choosing the right tyres based on my needs and got a great deal during a Black Friday sale. Was able to drop my car off and easily work remotely from nearby McDonald's or Mingara however it only took a couple of hours anyway. Great service, highly recommend!

So grateful for your assistance. I got a flat tyre on the highway. A certain roadside assistance was of no assistance but these guys came to my rescue and had me back on the road before the ice melted in my drink. The young guy that came had such a lovely demeanour and was happy to lighten the mood with a laugh as he got me back on the road. Thank you to all the staff that were all so helpful.

Checked the tyres and noticed air deflating from the rear tyre. Upon further inspection, I saw a screw in the rear tyre. I called Tumbi Tyres and was welcomed with a warm reception. They tasked me to bring it in within the next half an hour. I was flabbergasted as I didn't expect such a quick service. If your around the area don't hesitate.

On Saturday 21/9 I got a flat tyre on the M1 just past Ourimbah. All the local tyre places I called were closing at 2pm and weren’t interested in my dilemma, let alone helping me out. My last chance was Tumbi Tyres. They also were closing at 2pm. However, they very kindly, and with a smile, waited for me to arrive and happily replaced my tyre. Highly recommend these guys. Just popped into Tumbi Tyres about not being able to get my metal caps off two of my tyres. Patrick knew what the problem was straight away & helped me out without hesitation. Even put air in my tyres saving me doing it myself. I was extremely impressed & wouldn’t hesitate to go there for tyres, wheel alignment or anything I need. His customer service was out of this world. Very impressed.

Hi, I needed to buy a pair of A/T tyres at late notice yesterday afternoon. I phoned the store 30 mins prior to their closing time and Phil took the call. Called so many other 24/7 mobile tyre repair guys and was Let down. I was about to give up until I called Tumbi Tyres.On Sunday afternoon, was stranded with a flat tyre and was 4 hours away from home. I had no spare tyre on the trailer and was stressing.Spoke to Steve, was very professional and advised he will send someone out within the hour.Exactly one hour pasted and Brad arrived to the rescue. whilst initially having an issue with these guys, they were very prompt in rectifying the problem. very impressed with the cordially and professionalism they took in rendering an issue from miscommunication. they provided stellar service and took extra steps in ensuring the customer has left satisfied. will definitely be returning and taking my business to this local tyre place. i would highly recommend this business. they have definitely gone above and beyond for this grump.

Writing this review to acknowledge, which I consider the most professional service I have received.Had a blown out tyre at a remote location.Rang Tumbi at 8:00am on the dot.Phone was answered with a warm welcome.My appointment and payment were sorted out with in the span of 5 minutes.Had LIAM arrive at about 10. The gentleman took no more than 10 minutes to get me all setup for the road again.Friendly and professional throughout.Plus the pricing for both the tyre and service were well below what I had anticipated.

Great to get your car service here, Mark has been here for years, great bloke, and he will organise your car for repairs, with the great mechanics on hand, especially the singing mechanic, happy chap.

Highly recommend! We had a great first experience with Tumbi Tyres a week ago when we found a puncture at the end of the day, knowing we had a full on day of kids activities the next day was a little concerning with one car 🤦‍♀️. They were so helpful, knew what time we needed to head off by and arrived before then. They were transparent in giving us both costs of out of hrs and in hrs call out fees, and their pricing is affordable and good quality of product (offered us both a cheaper option tyre and then the better quality option). We will definitely be using them again

Absolutely incredible service, speed and customer service.We were coming home from a surfing trip and blew a boat tyre in the middle of nowhere.This was on a sunday afternoon and we tried every 24hr service, tire or mechanic and even 24hr towing companies with no one willing to help on a sunday until someone meantioned Tumbi tyres.Not only were they quick and did an awsome job but the tyres were cheaper than if i had purchased off the shelf in sydney.Brad our mechanic that showed up should be doing F1 pits, Crazy fast, super helpfuland also happily answered our amateur questions.Cheers Brad your a bloody legend owe you a beer mate.p.s I nearly never leave reviews good or bad but These guys absolutely deserve 6 stars.regardskris

Woke to a flat tyre this week, in the rain, no way to get to work or change the tyre. Spoke to the guys at Tumbi Tyres, even though they had a full day they had someone at my house and tyre changed within the hour (NRMA couldn't get there till late afternoon). Very grateful, thank you guys !!!I was at work before 9.20am and their service and professionalism was 5 star.Went in today to get the repaired puncture tyre refitted and a pink slip. Had me on my way within half hour, didn't charge me for unnessacry things like so many companies do. The staff are lovely, they went out of their way to help me when I was stranded and so friendly and efficient today. I'll definitely be using them in future, highly rexommend !

Tumbi Tyres is an amazing service. I got a flat tyre, they were so helpful on the phone. Made a stressful situation, a lot less stressful. Came and sorted out my car within the hour. Then fitted me in for a wheel alignment at short notice. Very friend staff in the office as well as the guy that fixed my tyre. So professional and willing to help. Amazing service. Will only use these guys on the coast going forward.

Had a tyre go on my truck 1.50pm on a Saturday had a new tyre on the truck by 3 even though they said it would be 2 hours before they got there great job highly recommended 👍 and the jingle on triple m was why I remembered them thanks again guys👍

I required three new tyres for my caravan, prior to us taking off on a long journey. From initial contact with Mark through to fitting by Jackson, the whole process was seamless. Mark immediately identified the correct tyre for our needs and with in three days of initial contact the tyres were expertly fitted by Jackson. No fuss, no towing to a tyre dealer. Pleasing thing was how quiet Jackson worked. No noisey rattle guns etc. Will be using these guys again when I need new tyres for my tow vehicle.Competitive tyre pricing too!

I called up last minute to see if I could get a pink slip done. They were very accommodating and fit me in. Their customer service is fantastic. I would recommend these guys for sure. 🙂

Had Dan come out to my house, replaced all 4 tyres, promptly and professionally and in swift timing.Compared to big brands they were competitive, that of which I couldn’t wait the 2 weeks for a booking and gladly paid the premium call out fee which was extremely great when dealing with young children: I’ve tried to be booked in to 3 other super store *** quickfits and they left me for 3 hours for 4 tyres.This was by far my best experience, those in the reviews complaining are just self centred, self entitled noisy goats.100 percent satisfied, quick, easy and exactly what I needed at a competitive price.Definitely will use again!Keep it up guys, didn’t just save time and money but potentially the lives of my family.You’re a blessing in disguise, hope you all have a wonderful life.100% recommend.

Brad did a great job replacing 5 tyres for me. 4 tyres on my Corolla & 1 tyre on my caravan. Some clown/ clowns slashed tyres on both vehicles on the night of 12 Jan 2024!! Thanks Brad & the Tumbi Tyre crew. Great prices too!!!
