We arrived to the Coast a couple of years ago and whilst dealing with the cost and logistics of moving our family, we had a stressful car issue. We did a google search and found a tyre place that didn’t have our tyre and couldn’t (be bothered to) help. We then stumbled across Phil at Tumbi Tyres who didn’t have our unique tyre but went the extra mile to phone around and find somewhere that did. That meant the world to us at the time juggling kids and a stressful move to have someone who you can tell really values helping others. Since then, we have never looked back and they have always provided the highest level of care, service, knowledge and professionalism and recommended whether something needs urgent or can wait repair. Kaz is also a force to be reckoned with, there is never a problem she can’t solve and you can tell she really cares about helping people. I highly recommend Tumbi Tyres if service, trust and care is important.

EXCELLENT service. Had a blown tyre, also other tyre damaged as well from a pothole.. was worried about cost etc, but they were professional and helped me out for my budget. So 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment within my price range. Lady on service desk was super friendly and the gentleman who served me was really great and understanding. Posting for my mum. She was quoted over a thousand for diagnosis and repairs by another shop. Wait time 3 weeks without looking at the car. Went into tyres and more and was seen to immediately, test driven and diagnosed on the spot and cost her $115. Great to see a business that really looks after the older locals.

I got four new tyres and a wheel alignment yesterday. They were straight up and down and had a great turn around. What i just noticed is that they fixed my fuel cap cover, that hadn't closed in 6 months, and never mentioned it and didn't charge me. That's the kind of thing that will bring me back. Thanks guys.

Absolutely excellent service from these guys. Got stuck with a flat in the Hunter with nobody locally able to help. These guys had the tyres ordered and came out to fit on the car within less than 24 hours. Pricing was spot on too.

Can't thank these guys enough. I was driving home after night shift on the highway and somehow managed to get 2 flat tyres, I almost made it home, after 2 unsuccessful attempts to get help I rang tumbi tyres.. mark was awesome and arranged one of the boys to come help me, tumbi to morisset. I cannot recommend Tumbu Tyres enough! Incredible service. I phoned at 8:15am and by 9:30 they’ve come to my house and fitted three tyres to my trailer. Excellent service and excellent value.
