My whole experience with Tumbi Tyres was great. From the initial contact with Mark, right through to completion of work. Mark was informative, prompt and professional responding to emails, the tyres I purchased are great and were very reasonably priced, work was carried out and completed professionally and extremely fast, and the whole establishment is very clean, organised, and plenty of parking. As soon as you drive in... You get that, "I'm in the right place" feeling. Very clean, organised, professional business. AAA+++

One of the guys came out to our house just now. Finished up 2 tyres in under an hour and gave us advice on care for the new ones. Seamless service, would call again in a heartbeat. Hopefully won't need it though. 😊

I had such a great experience at Tumbi Tyres & More this morning. They fixed a puncture quickly and efficiently, and their customer service was excellent. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and perfect for me and my baby while we waited. I really appreciated the friendly and professional service — highly recommend to anyone needing a tyre service and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Mark was fantastic organising 3 tyre replacements on the Saturday after I contacted him on Friday 8/8. Booked at 8 am and the young gentleman was there before that time. The young chap spoke with true passion about the company and everything they do, even though not having been there long. Very professional and fast in his work, polite and a pleasure to have him work on my car. The ads on 2 NURFM paid off. Price was great and service A1. Regards, Graeme

Can't thank these guys enough. I was driving home after night shift on the highway and somehow managed to get 2 flat tyres, I almost made it home, after 2 unsuccessful attempts to get help I rang tumbi tyres.. mark was awesome and arranged one of the boys to come help me, tumbi to morisset. Big thanks to Brad who came and got me back on the road, he was so pleasant and professional, awesome customer service!! 10 stars to this company, highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend Tumbu Tyres enough! Incredible service. I phoned at 8:15am and by 9:30 they’ve come to my house and fitted three tyres to my trailer. Excellent service and excellent value. Alan the fitter was lovely, friendly and reassuring and even helped me get my trailer back on my driveway after fitting the tyres. Thank you so much!

Can’t recommend these guys enough. I had my headlights restored by Phil and his team, I’m so impressed with the way they turned out. Fantastic.. I also had some new tyres fitted earlier in the week and they also fixed a few other small problems for me on my Audi 3. Extremely professional at all times and always reasonable priced. These guys are the real deal. They came out to our place and replaced 4 tyres with new Yokohama AT for our caravan including the wheel balancing. Great to deal with and highly recommended. Thanks team.

I had my car serviced this week and completely happy with it. I had previously taken my car elsewhere where i was ripped off. The service is amazing and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended for elderly people to have peace of mind. You have won me over.

I've never doubt the high quality of tradesmenship that Tumbi Tyres provide. They do an amazing job every time. I have full faith and trust each time when they service my car and feel safe each time I drive away after a service. I know I can leave my car in their capable hands each time without a worry in the world.

Had an emergency with one of my tyres having a large crack in it and one other was flat. Quick response and when I called to book, despite being a bit far away from their tech, they were able to help me on the same day which I so so appreciate as I didn’t feel safe driving my car until it was fixed. No extra up charge for the distance or anything, it was great.
The tech was lovely and polite and quick.
I will definitely be using Tumbi Tyres again and will recommend to everyone looking for a service that genuinely cares about their customers.

Thankyou Tumbi tyres, just had a flat tyre on the Freeway in our truck. They came down and changed the tyre so fast and efficiently. Can't recommend this business high enough Thankyou again amazing!!

I got Tumbi Tyres to replace the rotors and brake linings on my Skoda. They found the rear left pad was down to the metal and had damaged the caliper, which in turn prevented the EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) from working. They were told it could take 2 months before the caliper could come in (it actually arrived 16 days later). They could have just left me without a car for that time, but instead took the effort to get the car into a state where I could still drive it. They installed the caliper when it arrived and reconnected the EPB in super quick time and didn't charge me for the labour. Definitely a case of going above and beyond! Five stars from me!

After having two front new tyres put on my car by a local competitor with an alignement (shal not be named), My car was not driving straight as a result. I asked them to please fix it as it was not pulling to the left before the new tyres were on. After several attempts of addressing the issue, they could not help me any more. That's when Tumbi Tyres came to the rescue. Since I'm so pedantic about my steering wheel positioning and whether the car drives straight, I decided to seek help from Tubi Tyres. I gave them the back story and they were more than accommodating. They booked me the same day, took my car for a drive, acknowledged the slight drift and managed to fix the issue no problems at all. Highly recommend this team as they are professional and extremely attentive. Well done Tumbi Tyres and thank you!

Discovered a near flat front tyre at Bateau Bay shops around lunch on my landcruiser. So headed to Tumbi Tyres. They were busy, no car parks, no booking , I had to make my own carpark. Welcomed with a BIG smile from Kaz and “No worries we will get you sorted”. Waited with my elderly mother about 15minutes, given a lovely complimentary latte and cold water while we waited . It was all sorted promptly, so I could head back to pick my kids up from school at Terrigal and East Gosford. Thank you so much for helping me immediately and eliminating what could have been chaos if I hadn’t been back on the road to pick all my kids up! Really appreciate your immediate response , friendly staff and service.

Phil and the Team are amazing . Super accommodating and helpful. I’ve had several issues with my Hyundai IX 35 and since I’ve been servicing my car with them , my car has been reliable and functioning at its best .

They are also dog lovers and always happily greet my two Germans shepherds. Which is a big bonus.

I called up and spoke with Phil regarding an issue with my front tyres on my VE wagon which were causing the steering to pull to the left. He booked me in with an appointment to come to the workshop in half an hours time. Phil and the crew quickly identified the problem and had 2 new front tyres on my wagon which solved the steering issue. I'm very happy with the service, price and result. Highly recommended.

Unreal job by Steve who repaired my vehicles cracked rim. He was fast, affordable and very kind to pick up the job and complete it so quickly.

Recently booked in for new tyres and a wheel alignment. Staff were very helpful in choosing the right tyres based on my needs and got a great deal during a Black Friday sale. Was able to drop my car off and easily work remotely from nearby McDonald's or Mingara however it only took a couple of hours anyway. Great service, highly recommend!

Very Professional service. Turned up on time changed all 4 Tyres in 30 minutes. All the Tyre places in Raymond Terrace wanted $50 or $100 Dollars more per Tyre.👍

So grateful for your assistance. I got a flat tyre on the highway. A certain roadside assistance was of no assistance but these guys came to my rescue and had me back on the road before the ice melted in my drink. The young guy that came had such a lovely demeanour and was happy to lighten the mood with a laugh as he got me back on the road. Thank you to all the staff that were all so helpful.

Checked the tyres and noticed air deflating from the rear tyre. Upon further inspection, I saw a screw in the rear tyre. I called Tumbi Tyres and was welcomed with a warm reception. They tasked me to bring it in within the next half an hour. I was flabbergasted as I didn't expect such a quick service. If your around the area don't hesitate.

On Saturday 21/9 I got a flat tyre on the M1 just past Ourimbah. All the local tyre places I called were closing at 2pm and weren’t interested in my dilemma, let alone helping me out. My last chance was Tumbi Tyres. They also were closing at 2pm. However, they very kindly, and with a smile, waited for me to arrive and happily replaced my tyre. Highly recommend these guys. Their service is second to none.

Just popped into Tumbi Tyres about not being able to get my metal caps off two of my tyres. Patrick knew what the problem was straight away & helped me out without hesitation. Even put air in my tyres saving me doing it myself. I was extremely impressed & wouldn’t hesitate to go there for tyres, wheel alignment or anything I need. His customer service was out of this world. Very impressed.
